CyberKIS ("we", "us", "our") provides cybersecurity sales engineering services to channel partners, resellers, and vendors. This policy explains what information we collect through cyberkis.com, how we use it, who we share it with, and your rights.

1. Information we collect

We only collect information you voluntarily provide through our contact form: full name, work email, company, phone (optional), service interest, and your message. We do not place advertising cookies, run third-party trackers, or maintain user accounts on this site. Standard server access logs (IP address, user agent, timestamp) are retained briefly by our hosting provider (Cloudflare) for abuse prevention and reliability.

2. How we use it

We use submitted information exclusively to respond to your inquiry, schedule a follow-up conversation, and — if we begin a working relationship — to deliver our services and send periodic relevant updates. We do not sell, rent, or trade contact information to third parties.

3. Email delivery

Form submissions are transmitted to info@cyberkis.com via Resend (or, as a fallback, MailChannels). Both providers process the email in transit on our behalf and do not retain it beyond delivery.

4. Data retention

Contact form data is retained in our email system for as long as is reasonably required to address your inquiry and any subsequent business relationship — typically no longer than three years from your last contact. You may request earlier deletion at any time.

5. International transfers

CyberKIS is headquartered in Israel. Your information may be processed in Israel, the European Union, or the United States depending on the hosting and email providers above. Where applicable, transfers rely on Standard Contractual Clauses or equivalent safeguards.

6. Your rights

If you are in the EU, UK, or any other jurisdiction with comparable privacy law, you have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict, or port your personal data, and to object to processing. To exercise any of these rights, email info@cyberkis.com. We will respond within 30 days.

7. Security

We apply industry-standard safeguards including TLS in transit, principle-of-least-privilege access to inbound mail, and limited data retention. No system is perfectly secure; we cannot guarantee absolute confidentiality of information transmitted to or from this site.

8. Children

This site is intended for business audiences and is not directed at children under 16. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.

9. Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. The current version is always posted at this URL with the effective date above. Material changes will be highlighted on our home page for a reasonable period.
